"What is your client onboarding process?" - is a question we hear often.

No standardized process for onboarding clients exists in the Financial Planning space. Everyone's process is different! 

But it does not have to be. Want to learn how Matthew Jarvis, CFP®, ChFC & 
Micah Shilanski, CFP® onboard new clients and what happens during the first 12 months?

During this power session, Matthew Jarvis, CFP®, ChFC & Micah Shilanski, CFP® will teach Financial Advisors what goes into that 1st year working with a client especially when they practice Surge meetings.
  • Explain the difference between the client process stages, starting with leads, converting to clients, onboarding new clients, and continuous relationship nurturing during Surge and through Value Adds.
  • Showcase Matt's 3-step onboarding process throughout the year during his mini Surges, as well as during his main Surge phase, and reviewing the one page financial plan.
  • Showcase Micah's 5-step onboarding process, starting with the initial onboarding meeting, estate planning, risk management, retirement income, investment strategy, and last but not least, the tax planning meeting.
